Each of the following forms must be completed and filed on time by the candidates for municipal offices:

1. Declaration of Candidacy Form EL 162
2. Campaign Registration Statement Form CF 1.  Important:  Must fill in all sections!!
3. Nomination Papers for Nonpartisan Office Form EL 169

Forms can be found on the Wisconsin Election Commission website or by contacting the Town Clerk.

Nomination papers (EL 169) may not be circulated before December 1^st.  The number of signatures required are 20-100.

All completed forms must be returned to the Town Clerk by 5:00 PM on the first Tuesday in January in order for the candidate’s name to be placed on the ballot.

The Town Board is elected every two years in April of odd years and consists of a Chairperson and two Supervisors.
